Weather you are interested by Vietnamese culture, passionate about cooking or want to kill a non-windy day, you will be happy to find the Mui Ne Cooking Class.

The class will keep you busy for half a day during which you will learn the tricks to cook delicious Vietnamese dishes.

The class starts with the purchasing of the ingredients in the market of Ham Tien located in mid-distance between the cooking school and the fisherman village of Mui Ne. There, you will also discover the vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices which are specific to Vietnam and which are required for Vietnamese cooking.

Then you will get back to the school and start the learning of the preparation of dishes with practical exercises. You will learn how to cook 4 different dishes with sauces and fruit drinks.

At each step, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the result of your work, so if you have been a good student, you won't be hungry by the end of your lesson.
